Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Checks, and money orders. Payment must be received in full and personal checks must be cleared prior to your order being shipped.

Orders

Orders may be placed over the Internet, phone, fax or mail. For prompt service please use a credit card via our website.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason simply return the unused product for a full refund of the purchase price.

Returns

All returns must be made within thirty days in the original packaging and include the original receipt. Unfortunately due to the possibility of transferring disease and our strict contamination prevention practices we do not accept any used equipment for return. In some cases a ten percent restocking fee may be charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Shipping

Most orders ship the same day or the following business day. Please allow seven to ten days for delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated by adding the individual weights of all items and rounding up to the nearest pound.

All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS Shipping charges are figured at the time of purchase and added to the total purchase price. All Shipping charges are non refundable unless the mistake is ours.

Back Orders

Any items that are out of stock will be placed on back order. Most back orders are filled within two weeks. You will be notified concerning any items placed on back order.

Large Orders

Please allow extra processing time for large orders.

If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately so that we may correct it. Please check all orders upon delivery.
